About Small Moments

Small Moments began with a simple idea — that the most meaningful things in life are often the ones we don’t say enough.

The idea was born in 2016, when we first started creating personalised love letters as a way for people to express their feelings in a more thoughtful, timeless way. That’s when Small Moments quietly came to life.

It all started with a typewriter

Our very first typewriter — a bright yellow Tippa Triumph-Adler from the 1960s — is still with us today, and still used in the making of our letters. There’s something special about the sound of keys on paper, the imperfections, the feeling that each word truly means something.

What began as a small creative idea between the two of us — Cornel and Eugenia — slowly grew into something more.

A letter that travelled far

In 2019, Small Moments was re-born in the UK, when we opened our Etsy shop and began turning our passion into a small business. Since then, the shop has evolved beyond love letters, opening its doors to more creative pieces — keepsakes, stationery, and meaningful gifts designed to be cherished.

Our letters have travelled further than we ever imagined — reaching over 25 countries around the world. What started as a simple idea has found its way into so many lives, and that means everything to us.
